Two parents divorce. The children stay in custody with the mother, in the house they have always lived in. They have no desire to see the father, but the legalities are still being settled. Will the children be forced by the courts to have visitiation? The kids are 15 and 12. The father has no serious drug, alcohol, violence, etc. problems.

Normally yes if the father wants to see them.
