Default falsification of doc.

who is the rightful person to file a case? I was suprised when i recieved a call from the family of my ex husband that i filed a case of child support. How can that happen? I never planned to to that and now i am being accused of something i haven't done. What are my legal rights? What are the legal moves I can do to know who did it. We are not leaving on the same state. Is it possible for me to check and to get a copy of the said complaint.

YES... without my knowledge....I was just suprised when i recieved a call from the family of the father of my daughter saying that there was a case filed. How can that be?What are my rights? Is that possible? Can anyone just do that? We tried calling the court but they wont give any information. Unless i will go there personally. What can i do when i prove that someone used my name to file the case?

It is possible the CSEA could file a case, though not in your name.
Have you checked the website of the court to see if the case is listed? That would give you more information.

You don't need any "legal rights" regarding this.
You did not file a case.
Tell your ex's family that you did not file a case. Ask them to give you a copy of the court documents they received.
