My daughter is going through an issue with her ex boyfriend and their child. They have never lived together, they have a 3 mouth old daughter. He has not shown any concerns for my daughter while she was pregant and now that there is another guy in my daughters life this ex boyfriend wants to be a father figure. He is suppose to pay $200 a month child support, he has not to date filed the paper work, she does have signed sole custody of her daughter, which have not been filed with the courts. My question is does she have to allow him to see her if he does not pay the support payments?

The payments are a separate issue.
She has to allow visits if a court orders them but can refuse if no order exists, and have him go to court to get the order if she wishes. |
