What is the law?
I am currently going through a case in which the Department of Revenue in Florida is stating that I owe arrearage. I am trying to correct the case with various motions and petitions. The attorney for the DOR who is currently representing my ex, was against her in case in 98 for childsupport. Is it legal for an attorney to represent a person, when they were previously assigned to litagate against that same person?

If the client allows it, it is okay. She knows if any information should be shared with the lawyer.
Your previous lawyer cannot work against you on a case. |
