Kids don't want to live with step father
I am in Toronto, Ontario. My ex-wife is getting re-married. My 10-year/8-year kids don't want to live with step father. They say to me if their mom is going to live with the other guy, they want to live with me. Can I get custody back even if now they have a better financial or more stable situation?

You can try yes. Finances are not the determining factor; they are just a factor and more money does automatically mean not better living conditions as to the kids' welfare.
