father's rights
i'm paying a maintainance per month however, my wife ( julia) dont want me tol talk, visit and see my child,so how could i enforce my right,
what legislation is applicable and what reason should i advanced on in order to be granted an access. |

Your payment has nothing to do with seeing your child--you have a right to see your child and if she will not allow it then your local family court will order it. You can proceed even without a lawyer if need be.
