Cps wrongfully took my daughter

I REPEAT, DON'T SIGN ANYTHING THAT GIVES UP YOUR RIGHTS !!!

DO not let anyone talk you into signing up your rights trying to tell you that it would be better for your daughter.

Take all the classes. Do everything they want you to do - in classes or seminars or counseling. Do it all. But DO NOT SIGN ANY PAPERS giving up rights to your daughter !!! I repeat - if you do, you will never see her again. Is this what you want ? NEVER ??? This is serious !!

Your 18 year old daughter is legally gone now. That's another battle you may not win for years to come.

Work on your minor children. It is not illegal to leave a 12 year home alone. Remind CPS this. Do not let CPS railroad you. Stand up for your rights for this is good.

Your church friends are not your friends if they have taken your daughter. I believe in Jesus and have received Him as my Savior, but you need to stay away from these so called Christians. How do you know them? By their actions. If their actions are not good, then get away from them. It is okay to be untrusting until they prove to you otherwise. Especially of people that call themselves Christians. The people that go around telling everyone they are Christians have something to prove to everyone. Be wary.

A true and good Christian never has to tell you they are - you will see it in their actions. You will find out later they are Christians. They will NEVER try to harm you. I've been there. You are seeing now. Follow your instincts and forget about what churches say. You were given good instincts as a mother, by God. Follow those instincts and read the Bible on your own. You don't need anyone to read it and interpret it for you.

I have gotten help from agnostics and atheists, conversely, never any of those people that go around quoting scripture and making sure you know they are Christians. Most are all talk. No good actions that would ever help you. Don't trust those people for they are most likely the ones to end up your worst enemy.

If CPS requires you to go to counseling or classes, do it. Anything to show CPS that you are willing to show your innocense. Should you have to ? No, you shouldn't HAVE to, but anyone in a custody battle knows this is exactly what you HAVE to do to win. Be agreeable but if it seems unusual, ask for WRITTEN VERIFICATION as to why they are requiring you to do what they ask of you. You need to see their code in writing. Alot of them will lie to you so be careful. DO NOT SIGN OVER ANY PARENTAL RIGHTS ... no matter how hard they push you ... DON'T SIGN ANYTHING ... even if your attorney pushes you ... DONT DO IT ... you'll end up never seeing your children again. Be Careful in everything you do. Document & date everything that seems unusual and even document routine duties such as taking your child to school as usual. No matter how small. Do it every day and keep a journal with you. Later, in court, you'll be glad. Don't document anything that can be used against you unless you have a really good reason why you would do that. Believe me, anything that can be used against you, will. YOU are your own best advocate. I see you need help. If I lived in your town or even in Iowa, I would help you. It is wrong for these kind of things to happen but you are not alone. It happens all the time, and you have to FIGHT BACK by doing the classes and the counseling cooperatively. Do not tell them or say anything that can be used against you. They will use it against you. Be careful in everything you do and say. Unfortuneately, this is what our legal system has become - there is no justice when you fall into the system. It will be months, maybe a couple of years before any of this is over and things go in your favor. REMEMBER, YOU ARE THE BIOLOGICAL MOTHER !! YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO HAVE YOUR CHILDREN WITH YOU !!! wellim sorry to hear that i can honestly say it hurts!!! cps took my three girls away cause my one year old s feet got burnt in the bath tub and they made up stories to take them all they have been gone for year on sept 13 yea i go to all the same classes except marriage conseling it hurt all i can say is hold your head up things will get better.........

MY NAME IS KRYSTAL HOLTEN AND I AM IN THE SAME SITUATION, THE BOYFRIEND I WAS WITH BROKE MY DAUGHTERS ARM AND PUT BRUISES ON HER, IT SEEMED EVERY TIME I LEFT SHE WOULD HAVE SOMETHING ON HER BUT I NEVER THOUGHT THAT IT WAS HIM. THE COURTS ARE SAYING THAT I AM A UN FIT MOTHER AND THAT I KNEW OF THE ABUSE BUT THAT IS NOT TRUE, ILOVE MY DAUGHTER, WELL THEY DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME A CASE PLAN THEY JUST TOOK MY VISITS AWAY THEN MOVED MY CASE TO ADOPTIONS WHEN I GOT OUT OF JAIL I HAD TO DO A IN PATIENT PROGRAM AND I WAS ON A 30 DAY RESTRICTION WELL THE APPEAL WAS 60 DAYS AFTER THAT HEARING WELL WHEN I GOT OFF I STILL HAD ABOUT A FEW DAYS LEFT TO APPEAL IT. WHEN I CALLED MY ATTORNEY SHE WOULDN'T HELP ME SHE SAID NO I AM NOT GUNNA HELP YOU BECAUSE THEY WILL STILL FIND ME GUILTY WELL THE APPEAL WENT BAD AND SINCE I DIDN'T GET TO APPEAL IT THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A CHANCE TO SHOW MY SELF I HAVEN'T SEEN MY DAUGHTER IN OVER A YEAR. NO I DO NOT MAKE ENOUGH TO GET A LAWYER AND NO LEGAL AID OR ANYONE WILL HELP ME, I TURN TO JESUS FOR GUIDENESS AND STRENGTH TO GET THROUGH THIS , LET ME TELL YOU I FEEL YOUR PAIN AND IT HURTS BUT IF YOU KNOW JESUS THAN CALL ON HIM AND DON'T GIVE UP BECAUSE I AM NOT EVEN THOUGH THEY TELL ME MY RIGHTS ARE TOOKEN AND SHE WILL BE ADOPTED I PRAY AND SPEAK AGAINST THAT WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER SISTER.

Okay first of all who turned you into cps?someone had to of did it..And if nothing they are saying is true then,when you go to court it shouldnt be to hard to get her back,if they cant prove you actually did anything then they have nothing to go on..i would just hang strong and do what you have to do..signing papers every day may seem like a waste of time but its a small price to pay if you want your child back..good luck..
