i dont know what to do, need help...

my husband and i are legally married since march2002, i am here at the
philippines while my husband is a temporary worker at the Orlando, Florida, USA since NOV.2006 up to present. I discovered that his committing marital
infidelity through internet, he also never share his personal information to me, for example his income tax return, the address where he lives, where he works and even his phone number. he never call me and his children for a couple of months, he never communicate at all. he never gave me a child support for almost 3 months...
he never declared his true marital status and his dependents to his
papers (like SSS)..

it seems really hard for me because my children are asking about their father.. i suffer alone while his having some fun at the bar and drinking all night hanging out with some girls with his friends...

can somebody help me regarding to this matter...
