My ex pays the required set amout of child support. Now that I have gone back to work, I am paying a sitter and feel it is only fair he assists with the cost. I heard he would be required to pay half. Is this correct? (He has a slightly higher income then myself, also, we reside in Canada so law may differ?)
Any help would be great, thanks. |

You can have often it adjusted to reflect your costs. If he will not agree you will need to go to court. I had the same situation only six months ago.

Is it a 50/50 split?
