Question Abandonment

My ex lives 5 hours away, but hasn't called or visited my daughter in over 2 years. He stopped paying child support a year and a half ago. What can I do to terminate his rights so my husband can adopt?

Default Re: Abandonment

You cannot do that normally--the bio father will have to agree...
