Default I don't know what to do

I want a divorce, but I don't Know how to "legally" leave with my 10 month old son. I do not wish to keep my son from his dad, however, I fear that if I don't take my son with me, my husband may try to keep him away from me. I want to protect myself from my husband in terms of custody of our son. I am planning on seeking shared custody with me as the primary custodial parent. So, how do I manage visitation arrangements prior to divorce filings and so forth. Or should I seek a court order before I leave? Does the court generally frown upon me and my son living with my parents until the divorce is over? I want to be living somewhere where I won't feel harrased by my husband as he has a tendency to do. Help!! I have lots of questions and I don't know where to turn.-

Default Re: I don't know what to do

best to get counsel if you can, file in court and seek temporary orders, and then work to devise a long term solution...
