Minor Name Change
I need to serve name change papers to the Father of my child who lives in a
different State; we currently share custody of our daughter although I was given legal temporary full custody of our daughter by a Judge from the State where our case resides in order for me to continue applying for a passport for our child in the State I live in with our daughter. I have 2 addresses on my child\'s Father, neither of which are good addresses. What is the procedure that I need to follow to have him served? And if it is not possible what can I do to make sure that I have done everything necessary before my court date? |

You may want to hire a process server--the fee is nominal and you will be sure it is done correctly
