Confused STB ex snatched my 4 and 5 yr old

I cannot afford an attorney, but need to get my children back from their mother as soon as possible. They live with me because they were being physically and mentally abused in her care (and my daughter told the nanny that her 7 year old uncle touches her private parts when she tells him no) and she has no other place to live than with the people who abuse my kids. (her family) We do not have any custody orders, but they have lived with me for almost a year now (since she left me for another man). We cannot yet get divorced because she is pregnant (though not by me) and we lie in Texas. So can I still file for divorce even though it can't be finalized until she has her baby? And more importantly, what is the quickest, legal way to get my kids back? As a single father who receives no financial help, I cannot afford an attorney. How do I file for an emergency custody hearing or temporary custody or whatever. Please give me some advice.
She is not letting me even talk to them on the phone because my daughter starts telling me things that her mother doesn't want her to hear. As soon as she snatched them I got child support papers so I'm thinking that is what this is about. She doesn't want the kids, and never has. My kids feel the same way about her.

You don't need formal papers in many cases.

And if there is any concern about sexual abuse get child services involved and they will also help you file.

The local clerk of the court may help you to do a basic form to ask for a hearing on custody--family law judges know not everybody has funds for a lawyer but that things must still be done.

There may be some helpful docs there for you.
