where does child abuse really lie?

I was a married man for almost 18 years. I have kids ages 17, 15, almost 5, and a 3 year old daughter. Oldest are all boys. I coached all my boys ball teams. I lived my entire life for my children and wife. Unfortunately she got involved in an unconventional church. (a man who had a church in the upstairs of his garage, with a wife and 7 kids) Guess who my ex is married to now? No guessing needed. He left his church, (being most important cause that's godliness?) and hasnt seen his kids for over a year. I failed to mention his claim ~ he died and spent 2 days with Jesus ~ he was very obese and had a heart attack and weeks after being out of the hospital it was "revealed" to him that he was with Jesus. Since my divorce I only saw my younger 2 children every Thursday evening from 6-9pm and every other weekend. In September of 2007 my ex screamed child abuse of all 4 of my children and sexual abuse of my 3 year old daughter. My younger 2 live with her, older 2 live with me. Human services, the sheriffs dept. and the hospital reports all state the facts ~ no child abuse, yet so far she is getting away with this. In the Order For Protection hearing the Judge didnt want to hear arguement because Motion and Motion had been filed that day by my ex. In his provisions he stated that the next Judge would hear arguement. (was a continuance on the OFP except it was lifed off my 4 year old son and supervised parenting time with my daughter with my mother being supervising authority.) First act of the Motion and Motion to show a change of circumstances resulted that both sides showed a change in circumstances. But I was then brought back to supervised parenting time. Because of this i havent seen my kids for 5 weeks now. The WORST part of this is, on line 7 of what the Judge filed says exactly this "in support of these allegations, petitioner provided the court medical records as well as Corner House interview materials." FACT, and i was at the courthouse to verify, it was My attorney and myself who provided the Corner House interview and the medical records because they both say NO abuse. Trouble for me is that i have No money to pay attorneys $1,000's of dollars I am Broke. I need any kind hearted person to help me. Legal Aid turned me down even though I have no money.
