Default CHILD ABANDONMENT

I AM arrelle d. oligario and my father name is arnel b. oligario who lives in canada.he never support me since i was born. I cannot understand why he never support me but he knows that im his son. My mother sent some message to him but never response to it.My mom will go to canada and file a case what will happen to my father for abandoning me for 11 years.pls help me to know what kind of father he is if he abandon his son for 11 years?thank you

Have you parent contact the offices that enforce child support--they can help collect.

Your mother needs to file in court if she has not done so.

MY FATHER DONT LIKE TO SUPPORT ME BUT MY GRANDPARENTS ALWAYS COME HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES ONLY TO SEE ME.WHEN I ASK THEM THEY ALWAYS SAYING BAD TO MY FATHER THAT HE IS SO IRRESPONSIBLE.WHAT CASE CAN I FILE FOR HIM IF IM IN THE PHILIPPINES?

Your mother will have to go to the courts in the Philippines to seek support because that is where she and you live.

you can write the child support enforcement in canada. what kind of father he is if he never think about your future. try to seek and report him for neglecting you.

Arrelle its not your lost but in time he will need your help and your father will be the loser in the end. We can help you for that. TRY TO FILE FOR PATERNAL AFFILIATIO.if he denies you that will be the end of your father.at least you are still young.

to be a father is to be a goodman if he is acting like that he is not good man to be good father and good provider to you.Arrelle life is beautiful at least you will live a life and never follow your father footsteps.when you grow old and you will be a father be responsible to your kids.Prove to him he is a loser.God lovesa you and no matter what your having it will be the price you have and your father will be a loser in the end.we are willing to help you little boy.
