Default collision

I was driving along the street and a car back out from its garage. the driver inside the car did not check the incoming traffic and back into the left side of my car. my car lost control becaused of the collision as well as the road was slippery(the road was iced). also, the collision caused me to sterr to the right and hit the truck that parked on the right side of the street. Is this a half-half collision?

actually my car hit the truck as a side-to-side manner, Can this a proof that the following collision was the result of the first collision?

Was any ticket issued.

It would seem you could show that they are liable based on what you say here....

Is your insurer involved?

Since there were three cars involved in that collision, I called the police. No ticket was issused. I reported the collision to my car insurance company. They said they need to investigate the collision and contact with the insurer of the car that caused the collision.
Some people said that I was responsile for the collision of my car and the third truck parked at the right side of the street since I sterred to the right after the first collision between the first car and my car.
