Snowmobile accident - WORLD Law Direct Forums

Charlie Posts: n/a	Snowmobile accident Rented a snowmobile, hit a tree. Liable for damage to the sled. Safety recall from manufacturer has not been fulfilled, but I don't think recalled item caused accident. Do I have any grounds to go after the dealership for renting me a sled with unfulfilled safety recalls? Thanks for your time.
