Wrongfull Termination
In January, my boss's company vehicle backed into my truck, at my boss's residence. My boss started to nickel and dime me over the damage, and said that he was not going to pay the full amount to repair it. The vehicle is a 2007 Ford Explorer Sporttrack. Instead he said he would give me $500 to cover my insurance deductible. I live in Illinois, and we are a fault state, which means he is responsible for the damage. Today he came to me and said my insurance company was going after him for the claim, he terminated me as a result of this. IS THIS LEGAL, AND DO I HAVE ANY OPTIONS, PLEASE HELP.
