The neighbor's children were throwing rocks and a metal object at each other and broke the back windshield of my fiance's car. We called the police and filed a compliant but the mother is refusing to pay for the window to be replaced. We don't drive the car except to work and it is our last working vehicle. She is refusing to pay for the window because we do not have insurance when there are witnesses that the little boy told them not to say anything about the acident. We have no way to work now. We are thinking about suing her and are wondering what all we can sue her on and if it would hold up in court. Thank you.

Yes, you may sue in small claims court. Gather up whatever witnesses or evidence you have.
