Non registration of title of sold vehicle
My daughter sold a car while living in San Diego, CA. She did not issue a Bill of Sale. The car has since been sighted for 2 parking violations. The tickets are being mailed to me in South Dakota. The cars license plates are now expired and I fear more tickets are on the way. After the first ticket I filled out a transfer of liability, however I still got another ticket 6 months later. How can I get this out of my name?
