Question mrs.

My horse got out of pasture and a car hit and killed the horse. this took place in texas on a farm to market rd. who is libial for the damages to the car and passenagers? thanks

If the horse was out and out of control you may be partly liable. But you can also argue their fault in the matter if they were speeding, or failing to watch properly or use due care, or were reckless etc.
