Citation for wreck

I received a ticket for improper passing on the right after an accident. The other person turned on their left turn signal while I am behind them, got into the left lane and began slowing down, then turned right back into me forcing me to turn right into a driveway attempting to aviod them (all at about 25-30mph leaving just paint marks). She kept saying she was in the right hand lane and turning right, so I got the citation for 118$. My question is should I fight this? I've already called to get a court date and prepared to bring in print outs of maps of the area as well as pictures showing the driveway and a huge telephone pole I would have had to drive through to improperly pass them on the right in the right hand lane. Should I plead not guilty, no contest or just pay the fine and take the points? This was is in the state of Florida. Thank you in advance for any help.
