Friend Wrecked Motorcycle. Whos Liable?
I let me friend ride my motorcycle and he totaled it. No other vehicles were involved. I only have liability and I want to know if I would have a case if I would try to sue him in court for the bikes value. Every time he rode the bike I told him that if he would wreck it then he will pay. Now he only wants to be responsible for half of the charges.

If he agreed to assume the burden of any damages--even by oral agreement--then you can sue him in small claims and you should win.
