Uninsured
I live in Michigan and I own my car in my name only and my husband has his car in his name only. If my husband took me off his auto insurence and I was covered and I got in a accident would my husband be liable along with me or just me by myself?

You normally would be responsible, not him. But you could both be sued for any joint assets.
