I was involved in a car accident four years ago. Can I still sue?

I was involved in a car accident 4 yrs ago, I was the driver, I was stopped @ a red light and the car behind me didn't stop and drove into the back of my vehicle. My 5 yr old daughter & I suffered from severe whip lash. I also sustained 2 bulging discs in my lower back that still cause me pain to this day and my daughter still suffers from migraines that were caused by the accident. So my question is...is it too late for me to sue?

I wish to inform you that the lawsuit can be filed within statue of limitations. In this regard the period of three year has passed and therefore now your suit is time barred. In this you cannot file a suit but the injury was caused to you and your daughter. As your daughter is a minor therefore there may be a tolling of time and she may claim compensation for injuries she has suffered by tolling of time.
