Road accident query -- My parents died in a car accident

My parents died in a car accident in 2000. We did not get a cent from the road accident fund. We were aged 18,17,and 16. The vehicle that killed my parents was a police armed vehicle that skipped the traffic light. Would we be able to get any compensation for our loss.

First of all let me console you. From the facts it seems that you are entitled for compensation for your loss. There is no difference in claiming compensation on the sole reason that the vehicle involved is a police vehicle. The driver who drove the vehicle at the time of accident is liable for negligence. As the vehicle involved is a police vehicle the liability will shift on the State. If you lost your parents in a ‘hit and run’ accident you can claim compensation from the Road Accident Fund. It is also advised that you may contact with an Accident Claim Attorney who can guide you in this regard.

I was cheated by Shenzhen Adlon Electronics Ltd. for USD2530. All mobile phone chargers can not work , i asked them for sales service , they say very bad words to me . this is the worst supplier which i meet since i do business 5 years ago . Now i dont want my money back ,dont ask them for sales service ,just want you be careful for this supplier,Shenzhen Adlon Electronics Ltd. . keep away from them . they provide the rubbish goods and bad service .

yes, you deserve the compensation, first you need to complaint to state police, because they are the first sight liable for the car accident claims, and they will be responsible for any compensation, secondly contact to any solicitor for the best advice in this regard !!

I am sorry about your parents.
Lexus guided you accurately. They were hit by police vehicle so the State will be liable for this.
Hope you took advice from accident claim attorney.
