landscaper broke window
we rent - the landscaper that my landlord hires cut the grass on Friday - a rock must've shot up & smashed my back window on van
landscaper claims it is a no fault accident - that te*****ally it was my rock & he didn't do anything intentionally am I entitled to get payment which will be 325 + tax? how do I get him to pay for the damage they caused? thanks |
