Car was damaged by a car wash - TX

Texas - My car was damaged by a car wash. Do I have the right to choose the auto body shop or do I have to use the one they choose? Taking into consideration the price is only a few dollars difference between mine and theirs.

They have to repair it.


...unless you have some good reason not to use their choice, they can say where it should be done.
They may have a deal with that firm to cover the damages etc.

If you do have a reason you can sue instead of letting them repair it.

good point. actually this will be charged from the car wash. since they are the one who damaged your car so they are the one who will gonna choose for the auto repair shops where they should going to take it. however if you insisted to sent it from another shop, i think they will not honor it. so to make everything flows smooth, what you need to do is to let the car wash to choose the auto repair shops.

i think if the car wash has a auto repair shop partner, maybe they will gonna let that auto repair shops to repair it. and i think you have the right to choose what and where auto repair shops you want to send your car to be able to fixed it. remember customers always right..
