'Throwing Deadly Missles' is a felony and if someone accuses you of that, you can be charged with a felony. So, if you lie to the police AND to the state attorney (who prosecutes your attacker) about this incident, is that a felony charge on your part?
Also, if an outsider already tells the state attorney they don't know much about the incident...but later finds out more info and finds people who do know more (such as the damage before and after) should they call the state attorney back or the public defender to help them in their defense? |
