My wife was in an accident a couple weeks ago. The other driver ran a stop sign and hit her, tearing up the whole left side of my Scion. When I contacted his insurance company, they stated the there was a limits issue [$5,000] and I should go through my insurance company. I did so, and now I have to pay my deductable AND betterment for a couple parts. Shouldn't the other drivers insurance company be responsible for these charges?

If your insurer will not pay sue the other guy in small claims for the rest.
But make sure your insurer is correct not to pay...those insurers are a problem sometimes |
