Witness To Car Accident Being Subpoenaed AGAIN & Wants To Contest? Help?

I received a subpoena by hand today. Saying that I must appear for a deposition in a lawyer\'s private firm. This is the defendant\'s lawyer who summoned me.The thing is, I\'ve appeared for a deposition with the same firm and lawyer. The back story of things are. I was 16. In November of 2005, I was in a car wreck and I was injured. I was a passenger. I was hospitalized for my injuries, I\'m not involved with the plaintiff\'s case (as of yet). So the driver and other passenger in the vehicle I was in are suing the other driver who is alleged to have caused the wreck/injuries.

My questions are: Is there a way I can get this throw out since I have already appeared for a previous and very thorough deposition? I feel it\'s unnecessary for me to appear for another 1. The deposition is for 11/05/2009 2PM. Please help me and guide me to contest this. Thank you in advanced.

You can refuse on that ground if this is the same issue and same people. If you don't appear then they have to go to the judge and get an order forcing you to appear.
