Can I obtain a Driving license in the state of Kentucky, even though my license is suspended in Illnois?

Most states are now connected to one another and if suspended in one the other will not give you a license.

Those good ole days of doing that are pretty much gone.

Occasionally for some reason a few people seem to get away with it.

The law that penalizes driving on the revoked list is complex and confusing. There are many grey areas.
