Default clipped mirror

I clipped a vehicles wing mirror, but on reflection (no pun intended) she was in my view illegaly parked in such a way it contributed to the accident. The car was parked on a bend, within 30 metres of a junction and about 1.5 feet from the curb , am I liable?

Default Re: clipped mirror

You are both liable and if you cannot decide how you each should pay--then a court can decide.
