Default can the defendant request a copy of the repair bill
A police report was made for car damages. Charges are pending. I have submitted an estimate to the police. My car has been repaired. By law, can the defendant request a copy of the repair bill? Or is the estimate sufficient?

...well not by law but if the matter is in dispute they can subpoena the info if any court proceeding is occurring.
