Unregistered Guest Posts: n/a	Sherry My car was in a small accident and the driver of the other car claims it was not his fault. He was not the owner of the vehicle. Who do I name as the defendant in a small claims action? The driver of the vehicle, the owner of the vehicle, or the insurance company?
