car accident injury settlement money amount waiting

I was in a car a accident, not my fault other guy got a ticket.
In accident I braked two bones on my hand and I had surgery that cost over $10.000.
My insurance paid 80% bills and I have to pay 20% of bills.
I`m released from a doctors so my lawyer put on demand amount of $50.000 three weeks ago. Nowadays I receiving medical bills from emergencies and clinic who want to put those bills on my credit history, too bad... but I waiting for a injury settlement money.

How long it will take more time on waiting for settlement money and how much can I expect to get from those $50.000 on demand. Lawyer getting 33%.
