Default airbags failed, can we sue?

My friend was just in a car accident and his car flipped over three times. His air bags did not deploy. He has/had an oldsmobile. Is there any way to sue GM since they are the company that made this branch of cars?

In a case such as this I would recommend consulting a personal injury attorney. Most of them work on a contingency basis and you will not have to pay for the initial consultation. They will let you know if you have a valid case because there are a lot of intrinsic detail missing from your inital question here. Meeting a lawyer, face to face, in person is the best way to handle this scenario.

I think you can sue but only if you were injured as a result of faulty airbags.
