car accident dilemma - california

this guy w/ road rage kept on trying to make me hit his car in traffic and finally i did. he got out of the car and head butted my side window, and i was fearing for my life. i called 911 and reported it and the dispatcher told me to leave the scene. i came home and the police showed up and i lied on the report saying my sister drove because i was intoxicated. my insurance company just called me to tell me the other driver is filing a claim, and they received a report from the police saying my sister was driving and my insurance also said i do not have coverage for excluded drivers. i told the representative i was driving and i lied on the report. i'm positive the other drivers report and the 911 recording will say i was driving. what's going to happen to me?!
