I am lienholder on a vehicle I sold ---The buyer totalled it. We had a verbal agreement that now she does not agree on. The insurance company is in the middle how can I get my money?

Normally you get the insurance money as part of your lien terms. If that is not clear or agreed then sue her in small claims. Your lien needs to be paid first before she gets money.

The lienholder has no liability for any damage done by the buyers vehicle.
