claim for injury

hi
i had a accident . I was waiting on red light suddenly a car came and hit my car i get bumped on steering i dint get hurt but i got cramp in my neck that time i dint felt much but when i came back to home my neck start paining a lot so i called up in hospital for appointment the advisory suggest me to put some ice and take mortin. So i did that i had pain like 3 days. Insurance people asked about any problem so we told them now they send us a claim form and asked for doctor name. My question is i took precautions as that hospital advisory told me on phone so what should i fill in form? will i still get compensate?

Hi friend,
first you have any medical prescription for your injury. because when you will going to go claim they want medical evidence so prepare your paper and than hire any expert lawyer to claim.

If you have not enough evidence than call any personal injury lawyer.

Can I claim without any lawyer
