Hi I was in a car accident involving a Toyota (my car) and a Yaris I was hit on the drivers side and my car and his car is written off, He says I skipped a stop keeping in mind that he was in a lane at a T junction where I had to stop not him, I did stop and he came towards my car and I tried to go over to avoid the accident but I was to slow, now his insurance wants me to pay for his damadges +-R60000, my car was worth about +-R35000 and my htc cellphone +-R10000, I did get photos from the 3rd party people that handeled his side but they said they are not really allowed to give them to me in the first image his left Flicker is on and later in the photos it is of this might as well explain why I started driving but im not sure if I can use that, What I actually would like to know is whether you think I can fight this case???
