Default Michigan car accident

I was recently rear ended in MI. I am from Ohio and have liability insurance in case i get into an accident that is my fault so my insurance can pay for their car. I guess in MI there is a no fault rule where i pay for mine and he pays for his. My question is can i sue the person at fault for damages to my car?

Normally your insurer would still cover you and you cannot collect twice.
