employer wants money for damage vehicle
I was in an accident with a work vehicle and was injured as well. can My former employer sue me for the vehicle cost whether or not it was personal use with the vehicle?

Does your employer's car have an insurance? This may cover the damage, especially if you are authorized driver who may fall under the "authorized drivers' clause". But better yet, consult an attorney.
