Confused how long do they have to pay settlement

i settled my personal injury law suit in Illinois how long does the insurance company have to pay me the check amount we agreed and settled on its been almost 30 days since we signed legal agreement of amount.

Your signed agreement should have specified the date.

--but 30 days is too long...demand it now or you may say you will got to court to enforce the agreement.
