Casino denied responsibility for vehicles

After clearing my daughter\'s apartment in Memphis, I visited a casino about 30 minutes away, in Tunica MS. In broad daylight, my vehicle was broken into, local police and casino staff came to the scene and made a report. I wrote the casino hoping to be reimbursed for damages. They did not respond in writing as I requested, but called and stated that signs were posted, denying any responsibility for vehicles. I have frequented this casino and never saw any signs. We returned within a week after the phine call. I took pictures and video clips which reveal that no such signs existed, I even returned about a month later and took more pictures. Another vandalism had taken place the same day in another parking lot of this same casino. What recourse do I have to be compensated?

Your insurer should pay--the firm is normally not liable unless they take your keys etc.
