Unhappy can i sue?

i had an argument with my friend i disided to leave as i walked out my friend followed me out to my car still trying to talk when i open the door of my car to get inside she stood inside the door so that i couldnt close it i told her to move so that i can close my door and leave she would not move out the way of the door. my two other friends came down and was telling her
to move and let me go home so she slammed my car door so i start backing up my car she hurry and grab the handle and swing open the door of my car i stoped quickly but the door hits my friends car that's parked next to me causing the car to have damage my friend who's car got hit saw everything that happen she agree with me that it was not my fault but we have no clue of who's at faut to repair her car i would like to know if i can take the friend that swong open my car door to small claims court and sue her for swinging open my door and causing damage to another car.
