Angry Dealership messed with Carfax

This may be an odd question.

I purchased a car back in 2005 from a dealership in ND.

We had them pull a carfax on the car before we decided. It came back clean. Now several years later we want to sell the car. And after a new carfax was pulled. Magically there is an accident on the car from 2003.

I do have the original carfax document given to me by the dealership when we purchased.

Is there anything that I can do to get back at the dealer, or at least get some monetary return for their blatant lie and messing with the carfax report?
