Confused Stressed Car Owner's vehicle wrecked

A person borrowed my vehicle. This person was involved in an accident. In
this she was charged with a DUI and Suspended License. My deductible was a
1000.00. This person refuses to pay the deductible. My question is do I
have a legal recourse in magistrate or do I hope that I have a case just on
ethics.

Sue her in small claims--you will win.

She broke the agreement by driving drunk and you were damaged.
