Confused about accident

Hi everyone,

About 6mts ago I was in a car accident. I was going through a yellow light and the other driver had turned left in front of me and we collided. At first I was so confused that I had stated I had been stopped and the light had turned green. But I was able to give a second statement and clarify what happened. The police officer came to the conclusion that the other driver was 100% at fault for an unsafe left turn. I had a witness that saw me go through the yellow. I was summoned to court yesterday (as a witness) because the other driver was trying to get off her charges and she did! I am confused now as to what this mean with the insurance companies? 6 months ago on of the insurance reps from my company told me the other driver was 100% at fault. Can anything change as to who's insurance goes up? I was not charged for anything, and did not have to pay a deductable... I don't know much about this... If someone could please reply it would be very helpful! Thank you!!
