I was in a plane on last november when a can o food explode after the young man sitting by me opened it i was scared but after i got off the plane i felt some pain and then it was very bad pain i called the security for help they transported me to the hospital where i learned that i had a miscarrige. I tried to sue the copany and i contacted a lawyer but he said there is no case is it possible? My probleme is I am stressed and i am almost 40 single and i know my chances to get pregnant are less

You would have to show that explosion caused the miscarriage.

You can try speaking with several lawyers but it seems it may be hard to link he events??

In this case you have to prove the explosionof a food can by which you scared and felt pain and miscarrige during completion of your journey.you may sue the company under TORT,S liability.
